Beef. It is what I want for dinner. Along with some wine, a phenomenal dessert, and maybe a veggie or two...
Join us for the revamped cooking class and dinner Saturday, October 21 from 5:30PM to 8:30PM at our North Valley Albuquerque Dessert & Wine Bar. The menu? We are going to make our own Argentinian Strip-Steak Asado, with a few essential oil additions to give it a twist alongside an Argentinian Chimichurri. Our side will be a delicious Humitas, fresh corn & onions stewed in their own spices within a corn husk. Dessert will be Grace's personal recipe for Dulce de Leche! Each of these dishes will contain at least one essential oil - you'll discover how to use essential oils in cooking, and also how they can be obtained.
Once all of our cooking is done, you'll share the dinner at our phenomenal table for 10! More importantly, for this one month, we are going to pair a 4 oz glass of wine with each course, all included. Call it our Halloween treat to you.
Due to size constraints, this class will be limited to a maximum of 10 people. Please come wearing closed-toe shoes and bring an apron, if desired. As our shop sometimes feels cool (for the chocolates), bring a light sweater if needed. Price is per person.
